Please be aware that our current estimated lead-times are as followed: 5-7 weeks for sabers and 2 weeks for blades. Please do not submit a update request if your order is within this time frame. The more of these tickets we have to service the longer it takes to work on orders. As such, the ticket will be closed. If your order has gone past this time frame, you may request an update and we’ll be happy to update you. 

 

 

 Please close your ticket after your question or issues is resolved. Tickets that have not had a response within one week will be automatically closed.
